You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by BinaryAddPesa at any time. This page explains what gets deleted, what must be legally retained, and how to submit your request.

How the Process Works

Submit Your Request

Fill out the form below or email us at support@binaryaddpesa.com with your account email and phone number.

Identity Verification

We verify your identity to ensure we're deleting the right account. We may ask for your registered email or phone number.

Account Deactivated

Your BinaryAddPesa account is deactivated and you lose access to the app within 7 business days.

Data Deleted

Eligible personal data is permanently deleted. You receive an email confirmation when complete.

⏱ We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of request verification, as required by the Kenya Data Protection Act.

⚠️ Note about your Deriv account: BinaryAddPesa can only delete data held on our own systems. Your Deriv trading account, trading history, and any funds in your Deriv account are managed by Deriv (deriv.com). To close your Deriv account or request deletion of Deriv's data, you must contact Deriv directly at deriv.com/contact-us.
