Binary AddPesa ("we," "our," or "us") provides a bridge for fund transfers between M-Pesa and Deriv, in both directions. This policy outlines our commitment to your data privacy.

1. Information We Collect

• Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, and Deriv account ID/nickname.
• Financial Information: Transaction amounts, timestamps, and status for M-Pesa-to-Deriv deposits and Deriv-to-M-Pesa withdrawals.
• Device Information: We collect device identifiers and app version to prevent fraud and secure your account.

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used strictly to facilitate transactions, verify your identity, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Deriv Account Linking

To move funds on your behalf, we connect to your Deriv account through Deriv's own secure sign-in flow. We store only what is needed to identify your account and authorize transfers - your Deriv password is never seen or stored by us.

4. Verification Codes

Withdrawals are confirmed using a one-time verification code sent to your Deriv-registered email by Deriv directly. Other account actions (such as password resets) may use a one-time code sent to your phone number. We do not read your email or SMS messages beyond the code you enter into the app.

5. Data Security

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). We implement strict internal access controls to protect your financial records.

6. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and associated data. To request deletion, contact us at the email below. Data will be purged within 30 days, except for transaction logs required by law for audit purposes.
